To ensure your needs are correctly and efficiently met, you will be asked to provide your original order information, which can be found on the packing list, installation parts list, or troubleshooting tips that shipped with your window covering. If you no longer have these documents, the information can be found on a white identification label located on the top of your window covering. This label can be found by removing your window covering from the installation brackets.
